**** Old Mutual Retirement Annuity Fund
So disappointed with these people. I've been with them for three years. I found out recently that they were deducting way more than the agreed amount from my salary for atleast six months. I contacted them and I was now told that I should wait 30 days for them to pay back the over deducted amounts. I then just got sick and tired of them and now I want all three years fees back and the extras they were treating themselves to.
You guys took all amounts on time for the past three years why should I ****ing wait??

30 Jun 2023, 10:44Thank you for your response. I was referred to my union IMATU as this policy is done via them. I communicated with Sharon from the union who told me that I will be refunded. However she did kot have a reference nr so I cannot be sure that she even communicated with Old Mutual. I then called OM myself and was told to speak to my employer. After insisting on speaking to one of your managers I was the put through to team leader named Rowan. This was on 27/06/2023. He promised to get back to me by the next day. To date I'm still awaiting his response. What baffles me is that I've emailed payslips to your company last month showing these irregular deductions but no one has got back to me. In fact these calls aren't even logged on your side. I don't know what Mickey mouse show is being run there. Below is a response from a Sesi received on 28th. I feel 5 days is NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
