Old Mutual Retail is extremely bad,I mean really really bad

Wow!!!!!!!! Old Mutual your service is the worst service ever. Old Mutual is super efficient when one is signing up a policy, after that you simply become just another number to them. I have never ever experienced such dismal service in my entire life. Your call center is (for lack of a better word) USELESS. I have been holding on the phone for the past hour, surely this is not how the biggest retail policy provider got to be the biggest retail policy provider. To invest it takes one day, to disinvest can take up to 35 days. What the hell is that about? I am cancelling all my policies with Old Mutual, this is some bull****. You have lost all my respect. As I type this, I am still on the phone trying to resolve my query. Your call center needs complete and total rethinking as you will lose more clients if this bull**** service continues.
