Old Mutual rejecting my claim

I am divorced, and I have sent a court order to claim from Old mutual for the 50% share. I have made several calls to ***, I manage to Speak to 2 different agents Thobile and Marcie they told me they are escalating my query because for some reason its closed ( Meaning resolved) . In most cases my calls are cut or they cant hear me. I an very unhappy with their services and how they don't like attending to claims .
