Old mutual refusing to release my funds

I took a retirement annuity at old mutual,received a lumpsum of 120 000.i was told that I will get monthly payment. I was also told that I would be able to get all my money when it's 120 000, but when I went to the branch again, I was told a different story, that they will give me the money when it's 50 000.its frustrating, this is my money, now they are refusing to release the funds. I would not recommend people to take anything with old mutual. My number is ***.frustrated client
