OLD Mutual refusing to reimburse investment and retirement
I have an investment policy with old mutual and I claimed on 12/05/2025. The monthly deduction was R400 and they so far debited for 6 months Upon releasing the funds they only paid me R1246.
I only have a retirement policy worth R9000.And per the latest update from NCR and 2pot system one can claim retirement at any age as long as the funds are not beyond R11 000
To date I have not received anything and upon calling their offices I am always given a run around. I am hurt and frustrated as this is money I worked hard for and desperately need
