OLD MUTUAL REFUSING TO PAY OUT

My father died in a car accident on the 6th of August 2022 and I have been trying to claim for my old mutual policy ever since... Each time I'm told of a new document that's missing and I do submit everything they ask for but Old mutual stories just don't end.

I have a feeling they don't want to make a payment and I have been a loyal client.. Very traumatizing and I am disappointed in their service.
