Old Mutual refusing to cancel Policy

I recently cancelled my life policy with this organisation in mid April. However they proceeded to deduct the Premium. I was refunded after complaining. However, in May they ran the Debt order again on or around the 25th May. I immediately requested a refund. To date I am waiting for a refund.
