Old Mutual refusing to cancel a funeral policy on me which does not have my consent.

Old Mutual is refusing to cancel a funeral policy insuring my life for 120 thousand owned by a person who is my worst enemy. The policy number is ***3/LSFE/2. I kindly requested Old Mutual to cancel the said policy given that the person does not have my permission to continue with this policy. Imagine having someone I regard as an enemy insuring me for 120 thousand payable to that person on my death. However Old Mutual refused by telling that they require a letter from the said person to cancel the policy. What kind of nonsense is this? Old Mutual obviously has no interest in canceling policies where those who are insured do not give consent as that means more money for the shareholders. Thats greed!
