Old Mutual Refusing Claim Payout
It's been 2 years since I have made a claim to get my investment payout but to this day have received absolutely nothing, I keep going to the offices in germiston only to be told I will receive emails regarding my claim but no email nor communication has been received on my end. I am sick and tired of this and just want my money!! I have been diagnosed with depression due to financial strain and I have to kids to take care off. Old Mutual is so *********** and a disgrace.
