Old Mutual, refusig to give me my statement of payments made

I have been trying now for a few months to get a statement from Old Mutual with regards to the premiums paid for my mum's funeral cover and Old Mutual say that they dont have a statement for me. I pay the premuim and I know that a premuim has been missed and they insist its up to date. I have been calling and calling and requesting and they refuse to assist. I cannot cancel the policy as I will loose the funds, and they refuse to give me a statement of the funds paid since the onset. They say that I can get it from my bank, what nonsense is that. They must have a record of my payments as they are collecting the funds.
