OLD MUTUAL refuses to pay out the insurance money it should.

I'm writting this review on bad experience I've had with Old Mutual my father's policy after , after he passed on 15 march 2020 , I and my mom went to lodge a claim, we assisted and we were told the pay out is R100,000 it took long than we expected and there was another policy he had with them R15,000 in that policy but it has no beneficiaries in it , we claimed for it too but Old Mutual gave us stories and only payed out R2000 from that R100, 000 after months we lodged the claims please help.
