OLD MUTUAL REFUSES TO PAY OUT LIFE POLICY AFTER 80 YEAR OLD PASSED AWAY WHO NEVER MISSED ONE PAYMENT - 82 YEAR OLD WIDOW STILL AWAITS FUNDS AFTER MORE THAN 2 YEARS

My father passed away more than 2 years ago.

He has a life policy with Old Mutual, which he had for more than 53 years.

Up to today are we struggling with Old Mutual to pay out the life policy.

Every requirement and requested info has been met and still Old Mutual refuses to pay out the policy.

Numerous correspondence have been sent.

The last communication from Old Mutual was received on 11 November 2022 - Author of email was Akhona Kiva, requesting a cession document.

Document was obtained and sent to Old Mutual.

The following last email communications were sent to Old Mutual requesting payment: 8 February 2023, 15 February 2023 as well as a final demand on 21 February 2023, which affords Old Mutual 48 hours to provide necessary information as well as make the payment.

Old Mutual ignores all the letters, requests and demands and still refuses to provide any information or make the payment.

Old Mutual is currently in ******** possession of the funds and will we proceed to escalate this matter to all social media platforms and the appropriate Courts.
