Old mutual refuses to pay my tax free investment, almost a month now

Never ever keep your money with these people...they are full of **** and nonsense . Does not understand the word URGENT..they had been delaying to pay my money which I have been saving for emergencies..it's almost a month .they going back and forth..I will ensure I cancel all my old mutual products with yourl..such a waste..after I lodge a complaint last week with Head Office the lady told me Tues,no money came through ..another person busy on emails n messenger saying all stupid things..I'm fed up and much disappointed with so many people I referred to url bcoz of the service recieved previously but thus was a cherry on top...I'm very much disgusted
