Old Mutual refuses to pay my dad's retirement annuity
#OldMutual refuses to pay my dad's retirement annuity that he's been contributing towards for decades. They claim that the policy number belongs to someone else yet he's the only one who's been contributing towards it. Six months later, there is still no progress.

10 Mar 2024, 05:37Now that I'm seeing the tweets that this is Old Mutual's standard practice on Twitter. Should there be a class action, we will be joining. My dad was eventually given his premiums back without any interest. He had been paying the premiums since the early 1990s only to be paid back his premiums without even an inflation adjustment, return, yet the money was taken from his bank every months and invested. Old Mutual kept his return and gave him the original money he invested sfor almost 30 decades that was meant to supplement his retirement. I'm glad everyone is waking up and the case was along with many people were never resolved and it's not just for insurance claims but pure investments.
