OLD MUTUAL REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY MONEY
Old Mutual pension has been giving me the run around for months now. They claim to have issued an ROT to the receiving fund and myself (their client) but neither of us have received it. The matter is always being escalated but nothing ever comes out of it. Not to mention, when one asks to speaks to the manager, they are always in a meeting that has indefinite ending times.

We will investigate this matter and may contact you should we require any additional information. ” - my matter has been investigated since End May Coleen, it’s simple really - the system you are using to send ROT’s is not working, thus the recepients are not receiving them.I am tired of spending money and time calling you to speak about the same thing, week after week.
