Old Mutual refuses to cancel Unit Trust

<p>So I app**** for the Unit Trust and later within the same week I called to cancel my application, then I was told to email my cancellation which I did and received acknowledgement of the email but they wont stop DEBITING from my account!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really frustrating, I have called them and they keep saying it has been cancelled!! </p>
