Old mutual refuse to release my 10years investment and I feel bul**** on my own money

I took up investment in 2009 when I started working for 10years. Between the investment I was allowed to do two withdrawals. Now when is time for my investment to mature I am told I can not withdraw the money I invested for 10years which they say is in restriction period? I withdrew my own money not old mutual money I had it with them for 10yrs. If I knew this, I should have saved my money in 32 days notice. Now I am self-employed and I need my money to secure my house from repossessed and I cant not have it. My financial advisors seem to be not so keen to push I get my money given the situation I am in as I need my money asap.
