Old Mutual refuse to pay a death benefit

I have a problem, after paying not missing even a single premium, Old Mutual refuses to pay me after loosing my child, when I was at their branch they also refuse to give me the amount we have agree on, they amount the offered to pay is not even documented on their contract.<br> <br> I am so disappointed, when Old Mutual has turned useless in this time of need.
