Old mutual refuse to cancel funeral cover

I went to old mutual twice trying to close a funeral cover which i was not even aware that i opened, when i went to check on my investment account, i discovered i have the funeral account under my name, which had zero beneficiary and no other details except my name and account number. Even the details on my investment account were wrong and when i asked even that to be updated to my correct number they always say they are always offline and cant update my details on their system or even cancel the funerql cover😩
