Old Mutual refusal to pay for a policy

we made an application for my late mother retirement anuaity fund back in 2017, but Old Mutual kept on sending us to different administrators. June this year they decided to pay the 4 of us 146 rands without any explanation and any statement we have since requested for the statement but they are using the same tactics they were using previously. Guys lets be careful when we make investments for our kids companies like Old Mutual only enjoy when we pay our monthly premiums they don't pay when money is needed. i have since advised all my family members to do away with Old Mutual and their bad business practice coupled with rude inexperienced administrators.
