Old Mutual Refund What a disappointment I have been trying to get a refund. Old Mutual made the error by duplicating my Greenlight policy payment in 1st of July. Numerous phone calls to head office saying they will escalate it to the payments department, visiting an Old Mutual branch just another reference number CEB*** turnaround time 10 working days. Makes you wonder if Old Mutual has a shortage of funds available?
