OLD MUTUAL- refund
I have sent an email on the 21 Feb 2024 to cancel a policy I was no longer interested in as l found a cheaper policy On the 25th of March 2024 my account was debited.
It’s a continuous back and forth to via email to get this sorted via mail. You asked for my banking details and ID nothing resolved
If I can have this sorted ASAP!!! Ref ***
