Old Mutual receptionist - East Rand mall branch.

Very disappointed with Old mutual East Rand mall receptionist. she chooses queries to attend to. I went to the branch to update banking details as per the instruction from the message I received regarding the cash back. she's like, "well we don't update banking at the branch and we are unable to tell how much and assist you".

I still can't believe it.... I should have asked her name.
