Old Mutual reap off

Hello peter I have been sent n sms by old mutual saying that I'm in arrears yet I have never stopped paying for my funeral policy from my father even the consultant who opened the policy with me is now ignoring my calls n messages after promising that the matter will be resolved n I even sent them proof of payment but they are now telling me that I last payed my premiums last year in july yet iv been paying up to last month on the 25. Please help me to stop these people from reaping us off. I want all of my money that I have payed or the fix that policy n update it.
