Old Mutual really sucks- Worst customer experience

Opened only one policy with old mutual but now i have multiple policies which debit at any date Old Mutual pleases. I've asked for the other policies to be cancelled buy nothing is being done about it. Im sent from pillar to post just to have this sorted but it seens old mutual fails to respect their customer once acquired which is super disappointing.
