OLD MUTUAL REALLY GETTING OLD
My enquiry is with regard to debit order that got through on the 30 April 2018 with Ref: OMUNITTRUY ********** 6C ********** 046 for amount R1000,00. My debit orders got through all at once today 02 May 2018 please explain where the money was allocated to. I need my money back or explanation of where the money is allocated to

04 May 2018, 08:06Since you will not allow your business to loose a cent from a transaction and disregard my plea to investigate where my R1000 debited from my account to your account is allocated to. I am going to escalate my case to Financial Services Board if and only if I don't get a proper response within end of business. I send proof of bank statement to **********
