OLD MUTUAL: RA Surrender : DELAYS

I app**** for my RA surrender on the 16th of October and have been following up as to when payment will be made. I don't think Old Mutual understands that we obviously end up withdrawing because of the desperate need for money. At this point my child is about to be stopped from coming to school, just when he is about to write his exams because I had promised that I would make part payment of the outstanding fees this week. Yesterday, I called up until my airtime was finished due to being put on hold for a very long time. I am not happy at all with regards to the position that I am being put in because if no tax directive has been done on my withdrawal, this means that I will not get the money this week still
