Old mutual purposely canceling our insurance without our concern!!

I went to old mutual and told the consultant to top up my insurance and he told me he did. Fast forward when I'm checking my things. I realized that he actually cancelled it. I went to old mutual to inquire on what is happening and the only response was that they know that certain employee has been canceling customers' insurance on purpose without their concern and that was it!!!
