Old mutual provident fund sucks

I used to work for edcon, n then i resigned in 25august 2022, I used saccawu for my provident fund, with is administered by old mutual, i claimed my provident fund on the 3 September 2022, wich i was told it takes 4- 6 weeks to pay out, but up to this day there is no money on my account, n whenever i call the call center people tell ne they r escalating the matter i even called on the 28 December 2022, i still get the same excuse 😠😠😠😠
