Old mutual Provident fund is a very bad idea

I am having a very bad experience with old mutual I have been spending a lot of money calling them, to find out about my provident fund that they taking time to process for over 3 month now and when I call the they always saying I should try and call them again this is very frustrating as I am at home now and I need my money got kids to feed. this is a life time experience that I wouldn't want anyone to be involve with old mutual they are *********** and they should rewrite their policies.
