Old mutual provident fund

I've been calling old mutual even today. I app**** for my provident fund in February and they told me to wait for 6 weeks to get my money and when I called them again in April they told me to wait for another 6 weeks again, and I called them in may they asked for my banking details but still nothing. I called them again . What I want to know is why do they keep on saying one thing every time. I mean it's already 5months that I've been waiting for old mutual to process my funds but I don't get any help. I'm tired and crossed with old mutual like it doesn't make any sense at all.
