Old Mutual Protektor questionable restrictions placed on members monies

I called Old Mutual Protektor to move my funds from my preservation fund to my companies pension fund and because I have already taken one withdrawal they said this can't be done . My understanding is that you can move funds from a preservation fund to one pension fund or one preservation fund or one retirement annuity .I also checked various sources and consulted other parties on this matter .I believe this to be incorrect information given to me that I am unable to move it to my company pension fund which has dire consequences for me as I am unable to enjoy the benefit of compounding all my funds and contributing towards one compounded amount .Please clarify these assertions as true facts that I am indeed unable to move my money from a preservation fund to my company pension fund or please assist me in processing my request.
