A340905b I am disgusted at how old mutual treats its clients!its been over a year now and still no pay out.the worst thing is they say they will contact you in 48hrs to shut you up.after the 48hrs you have to contact them for the same bs.i have a recorded telephone conversation where they promised to pay out in 15 working days.on the 15th day they call and ask for docs that was already sent to them months ago.furthermore they asking now for my mums tax number(whats bs this is a death claim).i appeal to everyone that has been treated like this to come forward.untited we can bring down the biggest tyrants.lets expose them on 702 and go further if need be.no human should be treated this way!please keep records of all interaction with them.dont allow them to rip you off!
