Old Mutual Protektor Preservation Fund has disgusting customer service

I cannot get anyone's attention to help me withdraw funds from my own Protektor Preservation Fund!! I get sent a robotic email which is so insincere given the current state of affairs with the impact that Corona Virus Lockdown is having on our lives.

I desperately need to withdraw funds from my Fund to avoid being in debt and possibly blacklisted but they will not assist and no one will respond to me email!

Old Mutual really is disgusting. I wish I never invested my money with them.
