OLD Mutual Protektor Funds **** SLA and LIES!!

What is the purpose of having an SLA agreement if you will not adhere to it?your Protektor Funds withdrawal process is the worst and i'm disgusted by the lack of transparency,i dont wish for anyone to experience such frustration. We have been waiting for close to a month now for our Protektor fund withdrawal -after we were told via email that your SLA is 10/15 days and the funds will reflect thereafter,since then we called and we were told to wait for 48 hours for the funds to reflect and it still didn't. We called again and were told to wait for another 48 hours and yet again nothing..After we logged a complaint we were told that the tax directive was filed manually and will take 21 days-PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND,if you filed the tax directive manually why were you talking about the funds reflecting in 48 hours???and why was it filed manually knowing that it will take 21 days while your SLA is 10-15 working days????i never got a call to apologize or update me regarding the delay in their SLA.'ve complained on all your platforms and im still not getting answers.This is utter ******* and no customer anywhere deserves this kind of treatment-Your lies and no sense of urgency to your customers is absolutely disgusting.Remove your SLA if you cannot adhere to it-Can someone please help -how can i take this further,i need an intervention cause im honestly tired of OLD Mutual Protektor Funds taking advantage of people.
