Old Mutual Protektor Funds Dragging withdrawal to gain Interests??

I'm even tired of complaining.Its been over 2 months since i submitted my withdrawal and i have been sent from pillar to post and told lies by different people.But their SLA was 10-15 working days which they haven't fulfilled. They went on to request the tax directive from SARS manually and obviously that takes 21 working days.Its past 21 working days and still nothing. We called SARS ourselves and they said they declined the tax directive on the 7th of February and requested certain documents from old mutual which clearly old mutual hasn't rep**** to.What kind of disrespect is this though? please dont reply if you know you wont even bother helping cause i've already complained over 3 times now and still nothing.
