The new Old mutual Protect life cover is "****" My late Spouse had a Cover with old mutual and its been over 10months now that we made a claim but every time I do a follow up, they say it's still with their Assessors and they don't even give me Feedback I'm the one who needs to stress by always calling, My kids are Suffering but their Father had Trusted Old mutual to take care of his Family when His no more😭😭😭😭This is not Right and Old Mutual is Slowly Losing Its Customers due to not Keeping their Promise
