Old Mutual Protea Glen mall Soweto

I submitted a claim for my late wife funeral cover on the 6/01/2021 at Protea Glen mall(Soweto) until now no payment has been made. I was told the money will be in within 24hours, also went to Randfontein branch were the matter was escalated to head office.
