Old Mutual Private Wealth

Three weeks ago I asked the Financial Advisor to pay out my investment. She informed me that it would be a process that could take up to 7 working days. I asked twice a week for feedback and just got told that they are busy with my claim. I need the money urgently to pay for my Medical Expenses but looks like it is of no concern to them. I lost my job due to me having a Stroke and all my other debts keep piling up. Every time I ask them for feedback as to when they will assist me they tell me that they need Tax Clearance. That started 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for the money as it was said that there was no tax to be paid on my claim. I'm currently unemployed and struggling to get ends met and I'm in desperate need to get some help.
