Old Mutual primitive procedures

How is this for ridiculous, I have an Retirement annuity with Old Mutual and want to change my debit order date with them since I started a new job and don't get paid on the same date as before.

First of all, there is NO contact number on their website to-do this , only email options for specific departments which isn't even clear on which department I should mail about my specific policy with them. So I clicked on -> Service and Support -> Retirement Funds -> Superfund which sounds the closest to my product. Got an email that says it will take up to 48 hours to get a response. It has been 48 hours and NO response from them!

So I googled and got numbers of Old Mutual branches, phoned the Sandton branch, spoke to Gontshe Mo****le who said that I am unable to-do this over the phone and would have to go into a branch. I told him that this is not an option and I did the application over the phone and would expect a simple thing as changing my debit order date over the phone as well.

It seems like not just their support service is pathetic but they would also like to **** me around and waste my time, to you Old Mutual I will tell you straight, if the debit order goes off and there is no money in my account because of your patheticness I will cancel this policy and go to another service provider NO PROBLEM! I don't have time for ****en primitive companies in the 20th century that can't do things like it is supposed to be done in the year 2018. I deal with a lot of information updates and security verification over the phone and internet and nowhere else am I told I have to come into a ****en branch todo a stupid thing like changing the date on my debit order!
