Old Mutual Preservation Fund Withdrawal

Posting on behalf of my father who doesn't use social media: Please help! I app**** for a withdrawal from my Old Mutual Preservation Fund at the end of February. It is now almost the end of April and still no payment. My broker further reports that Old Mutual usually takes 6 working days on average to respond!
