Old mutual prescribed loan

<div>I spoke to someone in old mutual finance department who advised me a prescribed loan is still open, i have never acknowledged this debt never been contacted no summons or listings, it was even removed from the credit bureaus yet old mutual is still keeping it open since 2014, i want this closed immediately and request a letter of confirmation to be emailed to me.</div>
