Old Mutual Premium protection ***0

I have a green light life cover with Old Mutual. The policy has the premium protection plan in case I become disabled. I suffered a stroke in 2019. I submitted the documents in 2920 and the claim was approved. I recently noticed that Old Mutual has now being deducting the full premium amount. Upon enquiring I was told that documents or correspondence was emailed to P Moloko as my financial advisor. I don’t know who P Moloko is and she has. Ever made contact with me. Old Mutual has never communicated with me about the new advisor.

I have resubmitted the documents to have the premium protection to continue as I am still unemployed and on disability. I have been following up and was told that the claim has been approved and that confirmation was sent to P Moloko who has not communicated with me yet again.

I would like Old Mutual to reimburse the premiums that were deducted since 2021 as I am still on disability. Mi would also like them to remove P Moloko from my profile as she has not even contacted me.

I hope Okd mutual updates their records and refund premiums deducted to me whilst I am still on disability.
