OLD MUTUAL POPI ACT BREACH

Old Mutual breaches POPI act laws by sharing my personal contact details with one of their subsidiary companies (Invent) without my implicit permission. Whilst speaking to the consultant, by the name of "Sima", I asked if she has permission to contact me, then she does not even answer me, I ask for their company contact number and if they as an entity have permission to "cold call" me, due to the breach in sharing my personal information.. SILENCE yet again on the other line. I then ask politely if she can answer my questions before we carry on with the call and then she just throws the phone down in my ear.
