Old Mutual Poor service of a simple withdrawal

A simple withdrawal from my investment takes a whole year instead of 5 days to be in my bank account as they said and this is happening for the second time.. mind you I had plans for that money ..you have to make calls to do follow ups eveytime for your money this time seems like they didn’t even care over the phone when called their service is always poor
