Old Mutual poor service. Media team is tops.
This company has lost it. Nobody answers the phone, e mails are not acknowledged or rep**** on. As if you are locked out in the cold. Fortunately Shannon from the media team came to the rescue before I cancelled my planned business with OldMutual. She deserves a 10 out of 10 for her efficiency. As for *** and *** and ***, I will rate you -10 for your non service.
