Old Mutual poor service

Greetings with several fone calls and store visits I still haven't received my cashback Wich I was supposed to get the 19th October already.All documents was submitted instore still no feedback this is unacceptable lets me wonder if they cnt payback little money how am I gonna struggle if they have to pay me more.Im a loyal customer and my premium being paid every month on time ..Service is poor ..No feedback I just have to wait for how long I wonder
