Old Mutual poor service delivery

I received the worst service with old mutual when I was assist by a Tabiso Mqwebedu Regarding the withdrawal of my pension and provident fund it has been a full 4 weeks now that this guy keeps messing up my plans he would Tell me that he has submitted my documents for withdrawal then a whole week later tell me that there is a problem with the documents for 4 weeks now he keeps doing the same thing, today was the last straw when he called me to tell me that he had a problem with my withdrawal forms and therefore I would not be receiving my funds, this guy has provided me with the worst and disgusting service ever, I am highly disappointed in Old Mutual and I don’t think I would ever want to work with this guy
