Old Mutual poor service

Old Mutual Jubilee Mall Hammanskraal . The branch is always on offline. On the 10 February I went and couldn't be assisted because the system went offline while being assisted, I left and came back 2 hrs later, was told they are back on line but the system is slow.

Today I was at the same branch because I was not correctly assisted because of your poor horrible system. Again today the branch was still off line, I couldn't be assisted. I was sent to kopanong Branch Hammanskraal...I got assisted after a long struggle where a poor consultant didn't know what to do, I ended up getting two references as a result. The colleagues were assisting. My name is not correctly spelled but they had my ID. Old Mutual we deserve better than what we're getting...we are as important, please take us serious Old Mutual.
