Old Mutual - Poor Service

This is the most difficult company to assist with payment of Annuity Funds. The call Centre is not answering calls. You keep holding for hours just to be cut off. I am trying to get an answer for the past 2 months regarding my Annuity Benefits. I do not know which reference number to use anymore, as I am receiving a new reference number every time I am doing an enquiry.
